Role : IT Service Engineer/ Administrator L1
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months & option to extend
Location : Munich, Germany
Work model : 100% Onsite 5 days at client office, Remote is not possible.
Language: German is Mandatory
Mandatory Skills: Onsite Infrastructure Support (Windows Servers administrator, Azure Identity Management Specialist
Desired Skill: Audiovisual (AV) Support Technician
Relevant experience : 3 to 4 years
Mandatory skills:
1. Onsite Infrastructure Support (Windows Servers administration)
2. Azure Identity Management Specialist
Onsite Infrastructure Support:
  1. Provide smart hands support for customer facing ”Experience Centers” 'Core' Network and Compute Infrastructure.
  2. Manage On-Prem lab (Server room) rack and stack activities, logical provisioning, and decommissioning of hardware.
  3. Support incident & problem management for WAN, LAN, WLAN, and Core Compute.
  4. Oversee network configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  5. Ensure operational health of EC server room infrastructure during business hours.
