Must have:
• Red Hat OpenShift Certification, ideally at Architect level
• Practical experience as an Administrator
• Minimum of 5 years OpenShift experience
• Minimum of 10 years IT/Consulting experience
• Senior-level presence
• Setup and operation of Kubernetes / OpenShift clusters
• Automation, GitOps / ArgoCD, Ansible and/or Terraform
• Observability (logging, monitoring) in Kubernetes environments
• Software-defined storage: design, setup, and operation
• Strong analytical, methodological, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in German and English (B2+)
