Main tasks:

• Training contact and LMS (SFLMS) administrator; record, assign, schedule, and report training
• Maintain training matrix and curricula; ensure role-based training compliance 
• Support managers with ILP set-up, job description and training alignment
• Review and approve batch records, GMP documents, and controlled forms
• Draft, revise, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and training docs
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, deviation reporting, CAPA, and audits
• Support tech transfer, process validation, and integration of new processes
• Optimize PCS (Process Control Systems) and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, MSAT, and Supply Chain
• Analyze deviations and provide technical guidance for process improvements

Main qualifications:

• Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Process Engineering, or related field
• Solid experience in pharma/biotech operations under GM
• Strong knowledge of biotech/sterile processes and production equipment
• Hands-on experience with MES, PCS, and electronic batch records
• Expertise in GMP documentation, training management, and technical writing
• Experience in tech transfer and process validation
• Solid understanding of EU GMP, FDA, ICH guidelines
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma or similar process improvement tools
• Fluent in English; German advantageous
