  1. 10+ years of professional experience in Java/JEE frontend and backend development technologies.
  2. .net experience, Cloud technologies
  3. MES (manufacturing Execution Systems)
  4. Good experience with backend development (Java/JEE, Spring, Hibernate, Oracle SQL, SQL Server).
  5. Good experience with front end web programming (React JS / Angular, Typescript, JavaScript, ASP.Net).
  6. Experience in developing software in Agile methodologies
  7. Strong domain knowledge in Manufacturing Industry / Aerospace Industry added advantage.
  8. Good leadership/management experience (team lead/project lead).
  9. Experience working with the following Infrastructure technologies: OpenShift, Kubernetes, Azure, UNIX, Apache, Tomcat.
  10. Good knowledge of MS Access.
  11. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  12. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  13. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  14. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
  15. Experience working in Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI/CD) using appropriate code versioning, build and test automation tools.
  16. Experience in leading offshore development teams including defining coding standards and good development practices.
  17. Fluent in German and English language.
