Beschreibung

For one of our clients, we are preparing a large-scale OneStream implementation project and are looking to fill multiple freelance positions within the program. The project will involve the full rollout of the OneStream EPM/CPM platform, including planning, consolidation, reporting and integration streams.
We are therefore seeking several experienced specialists to join the team.
Project Details:
  1. Start: Q1 2026
  2. Duration: approx. 2 years (extension very likely)
  3. Location: 100% remote possible
  4. Workload: 4–5 days/week (part-time possible by agreement)
1. OneStream Project Manager
Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the overall OneStream implementation
  2. Manage project plans, timelines, risks and budgets
  3. Coordinate Finance, Controlling, IT and external partners
  4. Align and validate business requirements
  5. Oversee design, build, testing and go-live
2. OneStream Solution Architect / Technical Lead
Responsibilities:
  1. Own the technical OneStream architecture
  2. Design data models, workflows, security and integrations
  3. Translate requirements into technical designs
  4. Oversee development and technical governance
  5. Manage interfaces and support data migration
3. OneStream Developer
Responsibilities:
  1. Implement and configure OneStream components
  2. Develop rules, calculations, cube logic and automations
  3. Support integrations and interface development
  4. Assist with testing and performance optimization
  5. Maintain technical documentation
General Requirements (for all roles):
  1. Several years of experience in EPM/CPM implementations
  2. Ideally hands-on experience with OneStream or comparable solutions
  3. Strong understanding of finance processes (planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting)
  4. Ability to work independently in complex international project environments
  5. Strong communication skills and proactive stakeholder management
  6. Very good English skills; German skills are a plus
