For a project we are looking for a part-time project manager OSPO (f/m/d).

Your tasks will be:
  1. Provide independent support to the OSPO on all matters related to Open Source, including the implementation and introduction of new tools
  2. Offer expert advice to the OSPO in refining and executing the company’s open source strategy
  3. Deliver management-level guidance that helps stakeholders understand and transition to open source methodologies
  4. Deliver coaching and training sessions for project teams on open source best practices
  5. Guide project teams as an external expert in using, contributing to, and implementing open source solutions efficiently
  6. Facilitate the business units in defining open source ambitions and support transparent documentation of strategic decisions
  7. Review project documentation and public-facing communication materials to ensure consistency and alignment with open source standards
  8. Advise project teams with building and sustaining open source communities, including moderating interactions as required
  9. Promote alignment among business units and encourage a thriving open source culture
  10. Advise on budgeting and resource allocation for open source projects, and provide recommendations for optimizations

Following Know-how is required:
  1. 5–10 years of experience in IT Open Source license compliance
  2. Fluency in working with OSS license compliance tools like FOSSA, Blackduck or Sonar
  3. Knowledge and experience in requirements and stakeholder management
  4. Energy sector knowledge is an advantage
  5. Fluent English (min. C1 or comparable)/ French, Dutch and/or German are a plus


Order Type: Freelance contract – 100 days per annum
Location: Remote 90% / Berlin 5% / Brussels 5%
Start: 01.01.2026
Duration: 31.12.2026 (with option of contract extension)
