Beschreibung

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator for an international S/4HANA implementation program. The assignment is primarily remote, with occasional on-site presence as needed.
Tasks:
  1. Plan, coordinate, and monitor the S/4HANA program with the Lead Project Manager
  2. Maintain and update project plans (timeline, cost, resources)
  3. Track progress, deliverables, and milestones; prepare reports and dashboards
  4. Organize and document meetings and workshops
  5. Manage risk, change, and governance processes
  6. Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and structure
  7. Collaborate closely with IT, business stakeholders, and implementation partners
Requirements:
  1. Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken)
  2. Experience in project coordination or PMO roles within IT or SAP projects ( 3-5 Years)
  3. Solid knowledge of project management methods and tools (MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps)
  4. Strong organizational and communication skills
  5. Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented
  6. Self-driven and reliable, with stakeholder management experience
Nice to Have:
  1. Experience in SAP transformation projects (e.g., S/4HANA)
  2. Understanding of ERP / S/4HANA architectures
  3. Familiarity with governance, compliance, or shared service structures
  4. German language skills
Project Details:
  1. Start: ASAP
  2. Duration: ~24 months
  3. Workload: 3–5 days/week
  4. Location: 50 % Remote + 50% onsite in Germany and Poland
  5. Languages: Polish & English
