Location: Heidenheim (2–3 days per week on-site, remainder remote)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a Global HR BPO Transition project within a Shared Service Centre / Global Business Services environment. The role will focus on Payroll, Time & Attendance, and HR Administration, supporting a multi-country transition to a new HR operating model.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end delivery of the Global HR BPO Transition project across 19 countries.

Drive project planning, execution, and governance, ensuring alignment with global and local HR/payroll requirements.

Act as the key client-facing lead, managing senior stakeholders and vendor partners.

Oversee readiness for go-live

Coordinate hypercare activities post go-live to ensure smooth stabilization.

Provide subject matter expertise and hands-on support in German and Austrian payroll.

Support issue resolution, especially around payroll complexities in Germany.

Ensure successful integration and adoption of SAP SuccessFactors.

Travel to Heidenheim 2–3 days per week as required (flexible).

Key Requirements
Proven track record as a Project Manager in HR transformation, payroll, or BPO transition projects.

Experience in Shared Service Centre / Global Business Services environments.

Strong knowledge of German and Austrian payroll legislation and processes.

Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Payroll and/or Time & Attendance).

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in client-facing roles.

International project management experience across multiple countries.

Strong problem-solving skills, especially around payroll operations.

German and English language required.

Contract Details
Duration: Until end of 2025, with extension likely.

On-site: 2–3 days weekly in Heidenheim (flexible arrangement).

Scope: International (19 countries).
