Role: GTM/RevOps automation

Role Description:
What you’ll do
- Build the GTM flywheel across outbound, inbound, ABM, LinkedIn content, paid ads, and sales workflows
- Design and maintain automated lead enrichment, scoring, routing, and multi-channel outbound sequences using Clay, Apollo, n8n, Zapier, Clearbit, and similar tools
- Turn website/content engagement into outbound triggers, ABM plays, smart alerts, and AE follow-up workflows
- Own outbound reporting, warm outbound loops, and the launch of 3–5 scalable campaigns each month
- Maintain and optimise full GTM tech stack: email infrastructure, CRM workflows (HubSpot), data cleanliness, attribution
- Ensure >95% email deliverability, >99% workflow uptime, and consistently hit SLA response times
- Work cross-functionally in weekly GTM performance reviews and monthly optimisation sprints, and build documentation, internal automation playbooks, and GTM process standards
What we’re looking for
- 1+ years of experience in GTM/RevOps automation, sales operations, or technical growth roles in B2B SaaS
- Hands-on experience with automation / AI tools such as Clay, HubSpot, Apollo, Clearbit, Zapier, and n8n
- Proven ability to design and maintain CRM automation, scoring models, and routing logic
- Ability to build trigger-based outbound flows from website activity, LinkedIn intent, CRM signals, and enrichment data
- Experience increasing SQL conversion rates and reducing manual SDR / AE workload through automation
- Familiarity with outbound copywriting and personalisation frameworks
- Background in high-growth, VC-backed SaaS environments
Bonus points
- Knowledge of attribution modelling, tracking setup, and analytics tools
- Experience building or scaling a GTM / RevOps function in a high-growth startup
