QA/QC HVAC (m/w/d)

Currently we're looking for a Site QA/QC Manager (m/w/d) - Pharmaceutical Construction

• Start: asap
• Duration: 12 months, with option to extend
• Location: Rhineland-Palatinate

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the QA/QC team for a fast-track pharmaceutical construction project
• Implement and monitor Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Site Quality Plan (SQP)
• Conduct inspections and quality checks for HVAC and Black Utility systems (steam, chilled water, compressed air, etc.)
• Review and approve quality documentation (ITPs, material certificates, method statements)
• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 9001, EU Annex 15, and German standards (DIN, VDI)
• Prepare QA/QC reports, manage deviations, and initiate corrective actions
• Support internal and external audits and act as primary quality contact for the workstream

Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 10+ years QA/QC experience in pharmaceutical or industrial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and Black Utility systems
• Familiar with German/EU standards (DIN, VDI, GMP)
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Commissioning/qualification experience is an advantage
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
