We are seeking an experienced consultant to support a retail performance improvement initiative focused on increasing sales per square meter. The project has a strong emphasis on retail strategy and involves working closely with an internal Polish team on implementation.

Location: Pozna, Poland
Duration: 7 months
Start Date: January 2026
Workload: 100%, 3–4 days per week on-site in Pozna

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement retail and format strategies
  2. Conduct market and competitor analysis
  3. Perform as-is analysis of current retail operations
  4. Support brand positioning initiatives
  5. Drive format strategy development
  6. Develop and optimize assortment strategy and category management
  7. Manage pilots for concept modules
  8. Lead organizational development and change management initiatives
  9. Develop new processes related to assortment definition, sourcing, and supply chain
  10. Support Asian sourcing initiatives
  11. Collaborate with the internal Polish team on implementation steps
Professional background
  1. Ex-strategy consultant with deep retail experience in non-food retail, fashion, and general merchandise
  2. Strong strategic and quantitative skills in retail
  3. Perfect English is needed, Polish is helpful
