S/4 Hana Service Consultant

Location: 100% Remote Work

Duration: 6 Months + Extension

Languages: German & English (Both Mandatory)

Project description:
Project for the implementation, optimization and further development of modern customer service processes based on SAP S/4HANA.
The aim is to implement service-oriented business models efficiently and in an integrated manner in order to increase customer satisfaction, service quality and new sales potential.

The focus is on seamless integration with adjacent modules and systems.

Tasks:
  1. Advice on the analysis of the existing processes of the ECC system and identification of optimization potentials
  2. Support in the comparison of existing processes with the S/4HANA standard processes
  3. Advice on the preparation of a gap analysis to evaluate necessary adjustments
  4. Support in the definition of target processes based on SAP best practices
  5. The services are provided without instructions. There is no provision for integration into the organisation.

Skills / Qualifications
  1. Sound knowledge of the SAP S/4HANA service module and related processes
  2. Experience in mapping and optimizing service processes (including service contract management and billing)
  3. Confident handling of SAP customizing in the service context
  4. Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (e.g. SD, MM, FI/CO)
  5. Familiar with modern SAP technologies (Fiori, Embedded Analytics, FSM, CX)
  6. Analytical skills to assess requirements and develop efficient solutions
  7. Fluent in German and English
