Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant with strong SAP Basis expertise and proven customer-handling capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on technical experience at an L2 or L3 level, along with solid knowledge of multi-cloud environments and SAP S/4HANA systems.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
SAP & Technical Expertise
Strong hands-on experience with SAP Basis and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA environments.
Basic understanding of SAP RISE.
Solid experience with:
SAP NetWeaver
SAP Web Dispatcher
SAP Business Objects
Understanding of:
Load balancers
Disaster recovery concepts
Basic networking principles
Cloud & Automation
Knowledge of hyperscalers: AWS, Azure, GCP.
Experience with automation and provisioning in a cloud environment.
Familiarity with multi-cloud architecture.
Service Management
Experience with ITIL processes and IT Service Management, including:
Incident Management
Event Monitoring
Change Request Management
Soft Skills
Strong customer-handling and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in dynamic, hybrid work environments.
