SAP EWM Consultant – Hybrid Role in Luxembourg!

Energize is currently looking for an experienced SAP EWM Consultant to support one of our key customers, in developing and optimizing their warehouse management processes across sites in Bettembourg and Luxembourg City.

This is a great opportunity to play a key role in helping the client define business requirements, design the roadmap for SAP EWM, and ensure seamless integration with other core modules. The role combines strong functional knowledge, analytical skills, and excellent communication across both IT and business teams.

• Proven experience in SAP EWM, with at least one full warehouse management solution implementation

• Strong understanding of MM and FI integration

• Experience in analysis, documentation, and flow modelling

• Active participation in and contribution to workshops (including post-workshop analysis and reporting)

• Ability to propose best practices and ensure optimal process integration

• Experience with automated storage systems (e.g., Kardex) is an asset

• Excellent skills in risk management, problem-solving, and adaptability

• Strong communication skills and ability to manage conflict and pressure effectively

• Team-oriented, diplomatic, and pragmatic approach

• Analysis and advisory input for business requirements

• Validated technical and functional documentation of warehouse flows

• Proposals for optimization and best practices in EWM integration

• Support and collaboration with IT, project, and business stakeholders

• Start Date: ASAP (01/12/2025)

• Contract Duration: Initial 6-month engagement (extensions possible)

• Location: Bettembourg and Luxembourg City – 3 days per week on-site

• Languages: German (B2) and French (B2) required
