Our client is currently seeking an experienced SAP HCM Senior Consultant with strong expertise in Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM) for an exciting long-term project.
Project Details:
Location: 95% Remote / approx. 5% onsite in Dresden
Duration: 6-month rolling contract with extension option
Start: ASAP
Language: Fluent German required
Key Responsibilities:
Independently design and implement solutions within SAP HCM (PA/OM)
Collaborate closely with business teams to gather and refine requirements
Prepare functional specifications and maintain documentation in Confluence and JIRA
Coordinate with ABAP developers and conduct initial functional testing
Work closely with training, QA, and development teams throughout the project
Your Profile:
Several years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM implementation and optimization
Strong functional knowledge of Personnel Administration and Organizational Management
Solid understanding of ABAP / ABAP OO in the HCM context
Familiarity with agile or hybrid project methodologies
Ideally some experience in the public sector
