Senior IAM Developer (SSIS, ETL, C#)

We are seeking an experienced Senior IAM Developer specializing in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Microsoft ETL, and Microsoft C# development to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be managing our current SSIS ETL infrastructure. In a later phase, you will also be involved in the migration to Microsoft Entra ID Governance. Given the platform's complexity, we require someone with deep expertise and experience in Identity Management (IDM) and Governance.
Working within an existing team, the developer will be responsible for changes, updates, and maintenance within the IDM Identity Lifecycle Management and the user management 'feed' process for an organization of over 20,000 employees .

Experience and Knowledge Skill Experience Level Demonstrable senior expertise with Microsoft MSSQL/SSIS/ETL/C# development Mandatory Experience with .NET development Minimum 8 Years Experience with PowerShell Scripting Minimum 8 Years Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio Minimum 8 Years Experience with Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Office Minimum 8 Years Knowledge of a security/information security framework is necessary for IAM implementations and context. Mandatory Ability to work with BPMN, UML, and documentation practices Mandatory (BPMN/UML: Min 8 Yrs) Knowledge of SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) Mandatory
Roles:

Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist: Mandatory minimum 5 years of experience, with the most recent experience within the last 1 to 3 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Development and maintenance of existing software components, and contributing to future software development for Identity Management/Access Management.

Contributing to the design and architecture of the IDM evolution within the organization.

Participating in technical working groups/meetings with integration partners, clients, and users when necessary.

Participating in testing, producing technical documentation, and evaluating/reporting on software components.

Documenting implementations using MS Office and collaboration platforms, and communicating these to relevant teams.

Mentoring colleagues and product teams on platform development.

Acting as a bridge between the product team and cross-functional teams.

Integrating development, testing, and operational aspects into your deliverables.

Actively sharing knowledge and implementations through handover sessions with colleagues.
Candidate Profile
- Certified in Microsoft Development or equivalent through education.
