• Responsibility for the entire process of creating, reviewing, and preparing medical information sheets for printing
• Independent operation and maintenance of modern printing systems at a high-quality level
• Ensuring efficient and error-free shipping preparation, including sorting, enveloping, and on-time handover to shipping service providers
• Ongoing quality controls as well as monitoring compliance with data protection requirements
• Documentation and optimization of existing workflows as part of a continuous improvement process
• Close collaboration with internal departments to ensure optimal information flow

Anforderung:

• Completed vocational training, ideally in the field of printing/media, logistics, or a comparable environment
• Several years of relevant professional experience is an advantage
• High standard of quality, reliability, and strong sense of responsibility
• Technical understanding and confident handling of modern printing systems
• Team spirit, organizational talent, and an independent work style
• Carefulness, discretion, and a strong service orientation
