Die Hauptfunktion des Spezialisten im Bereich IFRS Financial Reporting & Automation besteht darin, die monatlichen IFRS-Reporting Packages zu überprüfen und Prozesse in der Finanzberichterstattung zu optimieren. Zu den erforderlichen Schlüsselqualifikationen gehören umfassende Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung und Bilanzierung.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:

Monatliche Überprüfung der IFRS-Reporting Packages der lokalen Gesellschaften

Aktive Mitarbeit bei Prozessverbesserungen und Automatisierungen

Unterstützung bei der IFRS-Bilanzierung und der Finanzberichterstattung

Selbstständige Beratung der lokalen Gesellschaften zu IFRS-Fragen und deren Anwendung

Zusammenstellung von Informationen und Berichterstattung an die zentralen Accounting Bereiche sowie der Geschäftsleitung

Mitwirkung bei Produkteinführungen und Projekten im Zusammenhang mit IFRS Financial Reporting

Koordination mit anderen Geschäftsbereichen wie Corporate Controlling, dem Konzernprüfer sowie dem Risikobereich bezüglich Methoden und Prozessen

Wesentliche Anforderungen:

Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Accounting oder Reporting oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung

gerne SAP Erfahrung im GL (R2R)

Erfahrung z.B. in der Wirtschaftsprüfung oder Bilanzabteilung

Prozessverständnis in Einzel- und Konzernabschlusserstellung

Gute Kenntnisse der internationalen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften IFRS (präferiert im Bereich Financial Services oder Banking)

Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office, insbesondere Excel und Power-Point

Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und Grundkenntnisse in Deutsch

Active participation in process improvements and automation

Support with IFRS accounting and financial reporting

Independent advising of local companies on IFRS issues and their application

Compilation of information and reporting to central accounting departments and management

Participation in product launches and projects related to IFRS financial reporting

Coordination with other business areas such as corporate controlling, the group auditor, and the risk department regarding methods and processes

Essential requirements:

Completed degree in business administration with a focus on accounting or reporting, or comparable training

SAP experience in GL (R2R)

Experience, e.g., in auditing or accounting

Understanding of processes involved in preparing individual and consolidated financial statements

Good knowledge of IFRS international accounting standards (preferably in the financial services or banking sector)

Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Very good English skills and basic knowledge of German
